Shipping & Returns Information



Orders are usually processed in 3 to 4 business days after receipt.  Please note that our carriers do not consider  Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays as business days.  PLEASE NOTE:  We ship and bill within the United States ONLY.  We apologize, but at this time we do not ship Internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, or to Post Office boxes.  Your order may arrive in separate packages from UPS, FedEx, and/or DHL.  You will be able to track your order accordingly, regardless of carrier.  

CLAIMS & DAMAGES/RETURN POLICY                 

In order to provide you with the best returns experience possible, please use our Claims & Damages Form.  If part of your order is missing or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.  Unfortunately, for returned non-damaged items, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.  You may return items within seven (7) days of receipt.  Non-damaged items must be in original containers and in original condition and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  Electrical and mechanical products are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.  We are sorry for any inconvenience to you, but we cannot accept returns on oils or incense. After we receive your claims form, we will send you an email with all the information you will need to make your returns experience as easy as possible for you.  Our goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service.
